SourcingIQ will have no legal or business liability whatsoever in event of any transactions that take place between the buyer & sellers during or after the event. SourcingIQ will not be liable for any failure of any kind for any reason may it be: delay caused by unforeseen events such as power failure DSL /T1 phone line outage or any other business dispute or technological reason. All sellers will be quoting under Terms and conditions set forth by buyer (Buying Company). ElectricalWeb.Com. Inc. will be able to use registering companies name and logo's for communication, promotional and refrence purposes in their website and literature or any other event related purpose. ElectricalWeb.Com. Inc. makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by selling companies or sellers to Buying Company. ElectricalWeb.Com. shall have no liability to Buying or selling Company or any of Buying Company's representatives resulting from the use of the information. The above restrictions shall apply to Buying and selling Company and all entities in which Buying and selling Company is a direct or indirect shareholder, partner, officer or director, together with subsidiaries and affiliates and all directors, officers, employees and agents thereof. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA. This Agreement represents the entire understanding of the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior communications and agreements whether oral or written relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
